Online application form will appear with three sections to fill. First section is Yatra Details, Second is Yatri Details and Third is Medical Details.

In Yatra Details section first Select the Yatra Route and Choose Yatra Date you want to start.

select Check Availability button to know the number open slots are available for Yatra Permit Reservation 2024.

Please note that one mobile number is allowed for Registration four times total & No further edits are allowed once registration is finished.

In Yatri Details Section Enter your name, Age, Date of Birth, Identity proof Details, Nominee Details, Emergency contact Persons details, Next of Kin details etc. Proceed with filling Communication address of Yatri & Select the Blood Group.

Fill the details of CHC – Medical Certificate by choosing State, District, Location, Hospital Name & Doctor name. Upload scanned copy of CHC medical certificate and Passport Size photo image & Enter Certificate Issue Date.
