Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board was about to release the Srivari Annual Brahmotsavams & Navaratri Brahmotsavams. This celebrations was a big spectacular event for TTD as it attracts many tourists and devotees for special celebration. During this festive days Lord Govinda will ascend his all 14 vahanas and will give darshan in Tiru maada Streets openly. This was a feast for devotees this year because, Two times Brahmotsavams are conducted due to Hindu Calendar. This year Brahmotsavam celebrations are performed in Ekantam (Solitary) due to covid 19 safety guidelines. Only Sarvadarshan, 300 Special Entry darshan are allowed during these days. But calendar in ttd online booking website has blocked the darshan booking in Brahmotsavams dates.

Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavams – Brief History:
From many generations it is wide known that on Tirumala hill, every year in Dussera Navaratri period 9 festive days are celebrated as Brahmotsavams. Puranic or legend sources says that Lord Brahma (Creator of the Universe) has appealed lord Vishnu for his curse that He was left out of all worships and Sacrifies, Yagnas etc. So Lord Vishnu granted him permission to conduct all his utsavams by his hand. So these festive celebrations are called Brahmotsavams.

Overview of Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavam 2025 Schedule:
The Brahmotsavams will begin with Dwajaarohanam and will continue for 9 consecutive days. In these days More than 14 vahanams are given darshan for devotees. From the 15 October and continued till 23rd of October Brahmotsavams are observed. In all these days devotees are allowed to sit in the viewing gallery of Tirumala Tirumada Streets Where the procession of Lord Venkateswara Swamy takes place.
All the arjitha sevas conducted for Utsava Murthy’s are stopped and only sarvadarshan, Free Darshan & 300 rs Special Entry Darshan are allowed. Devotees need to know that Accommodation or Temple Cottages Rooms are very hard to come by during Brahmotsavam days and they must be prepared in case of non availability.
Every day 2 types of vahana sevas are performed. One in morning and other in evening or night procession.
