How to Recover Forgot User ID Password or Unblock TTD User ID Account online?
Select Forgot User ID Password in homepage.
Proceed to enter your registered mobile number or Email ID. A password reset link is sent to registered email id. Proceed by selecting the link and you can reset your desired password.
If any suspicious activity is observed in you user login or same mobile number is used for registering another account your account is blocked temporarily. Now unlock the account by OTP validation.

HI You can update the email once you created a new account. Yahoo and gmail are two separate Mail service Providers. Try to create a new account with same details.
