How to Recover Forgot User ID Password or Unblock TTD User ID Account online?
Select Forgot User ID Password in homepage.
Proceed to enter your registered mobile number or Email ID. A password reset link is sent to registered email id. Proceed by selecting the link and you can reset your desired password.
If any suspicious activity is observed in you user login or same mobile number is used for registering another account your account is blocked temporarily. Now unlock the account by OTP validation.

During the login process I get a message that I have not verified my mobile and email. Unfortunately I had registered long time ago. Now when I try to log in I go to the first login page enter my details, it logs me in to the next screen where it says enter OTP but I do not get OTP.
